In order to select an End Customer, Aviat needs to have this End Customer loaded in our system and tied to your account. We always recommend requesting new End Users in advance of the day you need to place an order (if possible). Please fill in this short form and a member of our team will setup the account and notify you upon completion (<24hrs). If your store is multi-currency eligible, you should see a currency selector at the top left of the store web-page. At this time, the Aviat Store only accepts USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and NZD. You must be assigned to a store that allows a currency to select it.

Aviat Store orders are visible in the "Account Dashboard". The Acount Dashboard can be accessed by selecting the person icon in the top right hand of your page, and clicking "My Orders". The Aviat Store will return your store orders in real-time!

You may add or change Ship-To Addresses directly on checkout or under the 'Address Book' section of your Account Dashboard. You are able to change Bill-To addresses associated with your account during checkout. However, a member of Aviat Networks will need to create a new Bill-to Address for you. Shipping & Lead Times

Aviat Store orders in North America are primarily shipped via Expedited Air (UPS) or Ground (UPS if less than 150 lbs, or AIT Worldwide for +150 lbs). Aviat Networks reserves the right to select carriers/modes of transportation necessary to meet business or service level requirements and we may contact you with additional shipping charges. Our primary warehouse is in Austin, TX but we may have additional pick-up locations in continental U.S. Each location will have manpower to load carriers accordingly.At the time of shipment, the logistics team will reach out with freight details to arrange pick up. From the time of notification, there’s a 1-week (5 business days) buffer for collection before additional charges will be considered (i.e. restocking fees, holding costs, etc.).For more information, see the Aviat Store Shipping Policy.

The Aviat Store uses proprietary technology to estimate the lead time of products in our system. When an item displays "Full Lead Time", this indicates the item is available to order, but our system is not able to calculate the precise lead time for that item and/or quantity you desire. Our order fulfillment team will notify you shortly after order placement the expected delivery date.

Prepaid & Bill - Freight charges are agreed upon booking based on our freight quoting tool. Aviat Networks will incur any additional costs beyond this value, if necessary. Aviat Networks Store routing guide is followed for ship methods unless otherwise specified. Prepaid & Add - Freight charges are determined at the time of shipment and invoiced with the equipment. Compliance

This is a document that is part of Aviat Networks’ export compliance program. The document certifies that the buyer is the final recipient of the materials and is not planning to transfer the materials to another party or, if the product is to be sold to another party, it identifies the end user and allows us to perform our due diligence checks regarding the end user and end use of the product.

The EUS allows us to perform our due diligence regarding the end user and end use of the product to ensure that we are in compliance with the regulations and laws of each country involved in the export of the goods. As a US company, we must comply with US Export law regardless of where the product is located at the time of export. This document is part of an extensive export compliance program to ensure our adherence to these requirements.

Products that are controlled by the US Export Administration Regulations for export to certain countries or entities. In general, Aviat products that are identified by the ECCN 5A002 and 5D002 require an End User Certificate. Participation in the Aviat Store requires an End User Certificate because this permits the buyer to purchase any of the products without having to include an extra step when those products are controlled for export.

End User Certificates are good for the exact circumstances detailed within the form and are good for two years. If the end use or end user changes, then a new EUS will be required. We will also require a new EUS every two years to continue making purchases in the store. If you have provided one for previous non-store purchases, we can upload it to the store, just let your sales representative know and we will upload it from our compliance records, it will be valid for two years from the date of signing.

Other documents may be required depending upon the end use or end-user and also the country of export. For example, shipping from Singapore requires a different EUS than the one provided for the US in addition to the one already provided for the US export regulations. If the products are to be sold to a government entity, we will require a BIS 711 form as needed by the US government to process an export license.

Our Aviat sales team will assist you with the final process of getting the EUS signed and approved as part of the initial store set up process. After the initial EUS, our compliance team will reach out to your sales representative for any signatures required on subsequent forms.

The only obligation to the signor is to adhere to the information provided. If the end use changes or the end-user changes, then Aviat should be notified and a new EUS should be established with the correct details included.
