Returns Policy

Equipment Return Policy

All equipment defects and/or missing items must be reported within 30 days of order delivery.  Any other returns requested within the first 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For equipment defects and/or missing items, please contact your Aviat Sales Representative.

For other product returns, please contact our Customer Care team (Contact Us RMAs) to open an Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). All returns require an associated RMA number prior to acceptance – boxes must be labeled appropriately with RMA details. All returned products will be inspected prior to refund issuance. Shipping and handling fees will apply and be the responsibility of the customer.

All refunds will be credited using the original payment method. Update.
